At BuddhaKeep, each offering is created through a personalized blessing ritual and custom preparation process.

Because our services involve custom naming, handwritten work, and temple blessing rituals, all orders are considered final once the blessing process has begun.

We do not accept refunds in the following cases:

  • Orders that have already entered the blessing or ritual stage

  • Customized items made specifically for you

  • Orders completed and shipped

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping

  • You received an incorrect item

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly assist you.

We appreciate your understanding that spiritual services require time, intention, and devotion, and cannot be reversed once completed.
